Released in December 2008 as a re-release of the original 1977 album, Heart of the Congos has been acclaimed as being one of the best roots reggae albums of all time. This deluxe Vinyl set contains 13 tracks on the first disc, all of which Lee Perry generated by infusing them with very distinguishing and calmer sounds which deviate from his other classic work. Disc 2 contains 13 rare bonus tracks of the Congos, many of which  have been unreleased.
