Most orders will ship out within a few days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Reggae King cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Florida.
Once we box up your order, we email your confirmation with your tracking. If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking "View Order Status"
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via Standard Shipping when they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees when backordered items ship.
CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders as fast as we can. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. Your bank/credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
International orders must ship to the billing address registered to the credit card. Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
