If for any reason you are not happy with your Reggae King purchase, don't worry you may return the item(s) postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online credit or refund less the shipping charges. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don't meet these criteria or are non-returnable. Please carefully package the item(s) and mail it via your chosen shipping service. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


The following items are non-returnable:

  • All merchandise on Sale.
  • All merchandise from the Market section.
  • Music - Vinyl and CD (can be exchanged if unit was received defective).
  • Electronics (can be exchanged if unit was received defective).
  • Toys (can be exchanged if unit was received defective).
  • Handmade/Knitted items.
  • Swimwear.

Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the return options above. Before sending your exchange, please fill out your packing list to indicate the type of exchange you'd like to make and enclose it in your package. If you've requested an exchange, we will email you when your new order has been processed. Your new order will ship using our Standard ship method. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. If you indicate that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specify on the packing list. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
